Remember — You may go to any provider that accepts Medicare and agrees to see DaVita VillageHealth members.
The providers in the DaVita VillageHealth network can change periodically. If a change in the network occurs that directly affects you, DaVita VillageHealth will provide you with written notice of the change.
DaVita VillageHealth cannot ensure that you will be able to see a specific provider just because they are part of the network. Sometimes, providers experience a lack of capacity to take on new patients or are unavailable for a variety of reasons.
