The VillageHealth program works alongside doctors and health insurance plans nationwide, giving members like you access to new services and resources.
We pair members with a care team that supports your individual health care needs and helps you get more from services already covered by your insurance.
VillageHealth is offered and paid for by Medicaid, Medicare and some private insurers. Participation does not change your benefits, the doctors you see or future health care coverage. Eligibility is based on your insurance type. If you have private insurance, your doctor doesn’t need to be a participant.
